What to include
- The email address you use to sign in to SlideTok.
- Your workspace name, if you have more than one.
- Which agent you connected, for example ChatGPT, Claude, or Codex.
- For a slideshow problem: the product, what you asked for, and what came back.
Please don't send passwords or agent API keys by email.

Billing and subscriptions
Signed-in customers can open subscription management from the billing section of their workspace. For anything else about a charge or a plan, email us. Plan prices and limits are on the pricing page.

Privacy requests
To access, correct, or delete your personal information, email support@slidetok.com. The privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
